Standards of Ethics and Conduct:

At VPNE/Aloha we strive to be great teammates, great partners to our clients, and responsible and respectful citizens of all the communities we work, play, and live in. We are committed to friendliness, respect, honesty, integrity, openness, and safety in performing all daily activities and functions. Team members are expected to have a conversation with someone if there is a “situation” and, if appropriate, report it to Human Resources or Senior Management. If an employee has knowledge or concern of illegal or dishonest fraudulent activity, the employee is to contact their immediate supervisor, the Human Resources Department, or the President. Calls are handled with appropriate confidentiality. VPNE/Aloha does not engage in intimidation, retaliation, or retribution against good faith reporters.


This Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the "Code") governs the business decisions made, and actions taken by, the Company's directors, officers and employees, and is an expression of the Company's fundamental and core values, which include: (i) integrity, honesty, and safety in the Company's and its employees' dealings with customers, suppliers, co-venturers, competitors, shareholders and the community; (ii) respect for individuality and personal experience and background; and (iii) support of the communities where the Company and its employees work. These core values, and the other standards of conduct in this Code, provide general guidance for resolving a variety of legal and ethical questions for employees, officers and directors. In addition to compliance with the Code and applicable laws, rules and regulations, all are expected to observe the highest standards of business and personal ethics in the discharge of their assigned duties and responsibilities.
