I know your job is difficult....you work in the heat, the cold, the rain, the snow....you are always running to get us in and out quickly, and yet you are always pleasant and courteous, and even hold the door open for me! I never get treated like that at home! :) So thank you very much for providing the wonderful service that you do, and for helping to make this family's visits a positive experience. I'm sure you do not often get complimented for the important work that you do, but trust me, when you have a child with a disability, any act of kindness is greatly appreciated! "I am producing a TV show for Bravo where we recently shot an episode in Boston on Newbury Street. For the eight days of our shoot there, we rented parking for our crew from Leo Julian at your lot on Newbury Street. I wanted to write and tell you how incredibly helpful Leo and his entire staff at that lot were. Some days we had 20 vehicles and some days two, some parked all day and some needed to go in and out, and the staff was always cheerful, eager to help, and we never waited for our vehicles, even at the busiest times. Leo was always a pleasure to deal with, and the entire staff never seemed to mind any request or change of mind, but were always interested in making our experience with them an absolute pleasure.

I was down there with some friends and customers who have all done traditional tailgating for years for Pats games. The moment Robert took our truck when we got there and explained how they would be pretty much taking things from there and handling the logistics of our tailgating party we knew this was something special. The people I was with have told me since there is no way they can ever go back to the old way of going to a game! All of your staff were great and the view from our rooms was fantastic! From the very first day I parked at the State Street Financial Center garage, it was apparent that it is in a different league than all of the others I had been to altogether. Unlike every other garage I visited, the space is clean and well lit. The driving lanes are wide enough that you don't feel as if you are in danger of hitting any of the other cars while making your way in or out.
