I have been taking my son to Children's Hospital regularly for the past 14 years, and it is always an anxiety producing drive. However, when we get there, we are greeted by all of you who work so hard to help make parking an easy experience for us. I know your job is difficult....you work in the heat, the cold, the rain, the snow....you are always running to get us in and out quickly, and yet you are always pleasant and courteous, and even hold the door open for me! "I am producing a TV show for Bravo where we recently shot an episode in Boston on Newbury Street. For the eight days of our shoot there, we rented parking for our crew from Leo Julian at your lot on Newbury Street. I wanted to write and tell you how incredibly helpful Leo and his entire staff at that lot were. Some days we had 20 vehicles and some days two, some parked all day and some needed to go in and out, and the staff was always cheerful, eager to help, and we never waited for our vehicles, even at the busiest times. Leo was always a pleasure to deal with, and the entire staff never seemed to mind any request or change of mind, but were always interested in making our experience with them an absolute pleasure.

Please express our gratitude to them for the outstanding experience we had. Whenever we have a shoot in Boston again, we will definitely call Leo to make parking arrangements."

I was down there with some friends and customers who have all done traditional tailgating for years for Pats games. The moment Robert took our truck when we got there and explained how they would be pretty much taking things from there and handling the logistics of our tailgating party we knew this was something special. The people I was with have told me since there is no way they can ever go back to the old way of going to a game! All of your staff were great and the view from our rooms was fantastic!
