It's that time of year again!  With retail sales expected to increase from last year we can all expect long lines at our favorite shopping destinations.  We can also expect to drive around in circles looking for that treasured parking space.  Lack of parking for retail customers can negatively impact sales for your business.  Simply put, people are not going to shop at your business if they can't find a place to park that's both nearby and convenient.  We have seen an increase in malls and especially "Lifestyle Centers" begin to offer Valet Parking and Shuttle transportation at their locations.  "As retail outlets have grown, most parking facilities serving these outlets has not increased", said Richard Coughlin VPNE Director of Operations.  Richard directly oversees VPNE's retail and lifestyle center portfolio.  "This lack of parking is a turn off to customers.  This is why our clients implement options such as valet parking and operating shuttles to easily transport customers around the shopping center."
